Children's Ministry
At Friedens, we are deeply invested in the spiritual development of children! Our Sunday School classes and midweek programs are designed to help kids know and love God and build healthy relationships with everyone around them. We strive to be a safe place where kids can explore the Bible with curiosity and feel free to ask any questions they have.
All adults who work with children are trained and have passed a background check. Our Child Protection policy is available upon request.
Sunday School
September 7-May 17​
(No classes October 19, November 30, December 14-28, February 15, or April 5)

Classes are available for children ages 3 through 4th grade. Our program walks through the entire Bible in a multi-year cycle. Each week, all classes study the same lesson, but the teaching, games, crafts, and activities are tailored for each age group. This way, families with kids in multiple classes can discuss the lesson together at home. Each week, families receive discussion questions and enrichment ideas they can use to learn even more at home.
Nursery is available for birth through age 2 during Sunday School.

iGnite - Midweek Children's Ministry​
iGnite meets on Tuesdays from 4:30-5:30pm at Friedens
iGnite is our midweek children’s program for kids in 4K–4th grade. At iGnite, children learn about prayer and Bible verses through engaging lessons, picture books, skits, puppet shows, experiments, and crafts. They also enjoy games and discover how to celebrate all the ways God is at work in their lives. New friends are always welcome to join the iGnite fun!
