Sanctuary at Christmas

 

This picture shows how the Friedens Church sanctuary looked prior to the July, 2002 fire.

Notice:

• The 1915 Schuelke pipe organ, which was destroyed in the fire.
  
  
• The sanctuary "front" is at the west end of the room. In the restoration after the fire, the redesigned sanctuary was rotated 180°, placing the front of the sanctuary at the east end of the room.
