Trusting In His Strength And Love

"But I will sing of your strength. In the morning, I will sing of your love. (Psalm 59:16) David wrote those words the night Saul sent men to kill him. As far as David knew, he wasn't going to live through the night. But David never lost confidence in the Lord. No matter what happened, he knew that when morning came, the Lord would be with him, one way or the other. When you're facing difficulties and dangers in life, are you able to put your confidence in God and sing of his love?

"Day by day and with each passing moment, strength I find to meet my trials here.
Trusting in my Father's wise bestowment, I've no cause for worry or for fear."

-- "Day by Day and With Each Passing Moment"
