Flamingos On the Go Rules and Regulations

All proceeds of this fundraiser will be used for the support of the Friedens Adult Service and Outreach Project 2002 to Appalachia.

1. Anyone seen or associated in any way with Friedens Evangelical Church is at risk of being "FLAMINGOED."
   
   
2. The cost to have a person's property "FLAMINGOED" will be $10.00 (TEN). When a person's property is infested, they will receive a notification of the person/persons responsible for the nuisance.
   
   
3. Any person/persons who are "FLAMINGOED" will incur a cost of $10.00 (TEN) to have the flamingos removed from their property. This can be reduced to $5.00 with insurance (see below).
   
   
4. In order to have the property cleared, owner must call one of the WILD GAME WARDENS within 48 hours to have them removed.
   
   
5. If you wish to purchase "FLAMINGO INSURANCE," you may do so before and after each of the two services on Sunday mornings. 7:45–8:00, 9:05–9:15, 10:15–10:25 and 11:10–11:20. You may buy the insurance and sign up to have people "FLAMINGOED" at the table in the church lobby.
   

• Cost of a policy is $5.00. The policy is valid throughout the entire fundraiser.
• Please note that you may be "FLAMINGOED" more than one time, and the policy will pay for itself after only one use.
• Just present your insurance card the WILD GAME WARDEN when he arrives to remove the flamingos.
• The insurance policy covers only 50% of the cost ($5.00) of flamingo removal. The remaining 50% ($5.00) is your deductible.

6. If you do not have a valid Certificate of Insurance at the time of removal, the cost will be the same as mentioned in #3 above.
   
   
7. You may also have a person's property "FLAMINGOED" anonymously. This service is available for $20.00. Property owner will not be notified at the time of infestation. However, we cannot be held responsible if the property owners find out through their own investigation.
   
   
8. Please make checks payable to FRIEDENS A.S.O.P. at the time the WILD GAME WARDEN cleans up your property.
   
   
9. Please do everything possible to protect the "FLAMINGOS" while they are on your property. It will be very costly to replace these "HOT PINK PESTS," and that will cut in on the funds that would have otherwise been used for this great cause.

If for some reason you absolutely do not care to be involved in this project, please notify one of the Wardens as soon as possible in order to prevent the otherwise inevitable!
